Kuhl & Grant LLP served as counsel to the development team and the owner in connection with the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, construction and debt and equity financing for Ryker Reserve, a 65-unit affordable residential rental housing project for low-income and moderate-income senior tenants located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The project is being developed by Keller Development. Project financing is being provided by Tower Bank & Trust Company (construction/term loan). Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits is being provided by Great Lakes Capital.
